Quad biking in Scotland Quad biking in Scotland
Quad bikes seem to have been invented for Scotland. Their size and agility on the Scottish terrain is ideal to get near enough anywhere. A nice cross between a scrambler motorcycle and a full 4x4 vehicle they offer much freedome and pleasure to the off roader in Scotland.
Many sheep farmers in Scotland use quad bikes for their daily herding tasks. But we are talking about fun and action and in Scotland there are a huge amount of quad biking  or all terrain tracks available. The quad bikes are for hire hire and many different levels of difficulty tracks are available. This is certainly an action activity where whole families can take part.

yes, 4x4 and quad biking is great way to enjoy your holidays,
At www.mellowmelfort.com we got some great tracks.
With some guys the wetter it is the bigger the challance!!!
When they come back to their Loch side cottage and we offer to clean their car , they say NO, when they go home to the
City, that want to show everyone why they drive a 4x4.
But let them bring a mobel phone that works in the Highlands, incase they get stuck or roll down the hills.
Our local farmer can pull then back to safety.
Be happy and enjoy your new toys, at Melfort Pier and Harbour, where the Highlands come down to the Sea.
