Making the most of us
How to best use Search Scotland
Your directory listing can be found in many ways, people can search by city, county, category and name. Once found make sure that your listing stands out and carries some weight. Encourage people that have used your accommodation or facilities to log on to Search Scotland and write a review and leave a rating on your entry. This increases the quality of the directory as visitors can see what others have said.Rated and reviewed entries also get more exposure by default.
Promote personal experience entries from your happy guests
Another fantastic way of promoting yourself is by asking happy customers of yourselves to send us their personal experiences. As long as these come from a legitimate source they are free and make sure they mention and link back to yourself. You can then use these ‘testimonials’ on your own website too.| < Prev | Next > |
