Rose Lodge is an attractive new bungalow in Aberdeenshire, North East Scotland offering 4 star bed and breakfast accommodation.
Rose Lodge is situated within easy reach of Peterhead, Fraserburgh,Ellon and Mintlaw.


We offer friendly hospitality and comfort in ground floor rooms, together with spacious parking in a picturesque rural setting.

Relax in our beautiful garden and enjoy our shrubs, flower beds and vegetable garden.

In our dining room enjoy wholesome Scottish breakfasts and evening meals by arrangement.

Enjoy fresh fruit and vegetables from the garden and home baking.

We can also cater for coeliacs.

Directions

From Fraserburgh Tourist Information Centre take the A952 to Aberdeen. After 6 miles pass New Leeds signs and Rose Lodge is the first bungalow on the left hand side.

From Mintlaw take the A952 to Fraserburgh. After Kininmonth School, Rose Lodge is the last bungalow on the right hand side before New Leeds.

Please Note: For Sat Nav users Rose Lodge is not in the village of New Leeds

Rose Lodge, Bed and Breakfast will make a perfect base for you to explore the surrounding countryside and beautiful coastline stretching from Fraserburh and Peterhead in the east to Cruden Bay, Newburgh and Balmedie to the south and Pennan, Banff and Cullen to the west.

Take a boat trip out onto the Moray Firth where you might see
our resident dolphins or enjoy a fishing or bird watching trip with
Puffin Cruises or North58.

Aden Park at Mintlaw, just a short drive from Rose Lodge
is certainly worth a visit with its lovely walks and
Aberdeenshire Farming Museum with restaurant and craft shop.
