We have been going through the surveys of both tourists and tourism providers and overwhelmingly the message is that tourists wish to service themselves on the providers site, and that accommodation providers wish to drive more potential customers to their own websites and allow a customer to book.

Pricing:
£350 = Featured product
£42/Year = Hosting and domain name (first year is included in the £350)
£50 = Optional monthly support, this includes 1 site backup per month and 3x phonecall support and priority support
£50/hour = bespoke development or extras including extra pages
£200 = bespoke web template
Commission only = We will build your website for £0 initial cost but take 10% off all bookings through the website for the first year and 5% the following years. We will only make this package available to sites and domains that already have a proven track record and each request will be evaluated. Minimum period of contract is 2 years.

We will build the system to where it functions correctly. Please note that booking systems can be monsters and at this price we can only include common charging options within the £350.

The system is very versatile and has nearly no limits on charging options but if your booking charging is too complicated and is not supported within the system extra charges could occur for added development.


Support
Once the site is fully operational in accordance to the offer we will supply you with manuals and online training. Further training can be requested at hourly rates. Beyond that our ticket system will provide the official support route to your system and hosting.

Site-backups, software updates are not included in the base package. Please see pricing for further support options.

Booking System Features
The booking engine is extremely powerful. It can handle a small B&B with only a few rooms to a large hotel with many rooms. It can also handle multiple properties/hotels which in turn have multiple rooms. The engine also allows you to run others’ accommodation and take commission. The £350 product we offer only includes setting up 1 property with multiple rooms. If you are interested in taking up our offer but run a larger setup you are welcome to utilise us for the basic setup as offered and do the rest yourself with the aid of the manual and online ticket support. You also have the option to purchase further development or help.

• A complete hotel booking portal. Multi-user, multi-property and multi-language with built in review functionality. Think bookings.com, but on your server. Built-in subscription and commission handling allows you to monetise your investment.
• The booking system isn't just for hotels, you can add realestate-like properties that don't use the booking engine, and using the free tour plugin you can offer bookings for any time/space resource.
• Online booking system. Enabling you to sell bookings/reservations at low cost via the Internet.
• Property management is provided at the front end, no need to give non-admin's access to sensitive areas of your server.
• Multiple properties, multiple users.
• AJAX booking form. Calculates room/property availability and pricing according to the requirements of the customer, right there and then.
• Guests receive instant confirmation of their reservation, without having to wait for you to answer their availability and pricing emails.
• A standard install includes a paypal gateway so that you can start charging for bookings immediately via Paypal, and 30 more gateways are supplied and supported by OSDCS (with the right Paypal account you can also take credit and debit cards).
