The Lade InnWritten by Administrator
The Lade Inn is a family owned and run traditional Scottish pub/restaurant, which provides its customers with quality fresh food prepared by head chef Stephen Park, formerly of Turnberry, the Ritz and Landmark Hotels. Winner of the Forth Valley Food Links best eating place in the Forth Valley award and one of the first pub/restaurants to achieve the VisitScotland’s - Best Bars in Scotland award, the Lade Inn is a business committed to local suppliers and to taking care of our environment, already we are a Green Tourism Silver Award Winner.
The food is complemented by the Lade Inn real ales - Waylade, Ladeback and Ladeout and by an excellent selection of wines. Family is key to the success of the business, over 60s and kids can enjoy smaller portions as normal portion sizes are hearty. The family dog is welcome in our superb garden, with its 3 ponds and a bird feeding station, or in the Bothy Bar on colder days, where the log fire creates a cosy atmosphere. We are supporters of the RSPB and feature on their Bird of Prey Trail.
The Scottish Real Ale Shop located in the old Trossachs Craft Brewery offers a selection of over 160 bottled Scottish Real Ales from the 35 micro breweries spread throughout Scotland. This is the largest selection of Scottish Real Ales under one roof in the country. The Scottish Real Ale Shop website is where online customers can order from home and have their favourite ales sent to them or to friends as presents.
The Lade Inn and Scottish Real Ale Shop offer visitors a truly Scottish experience with a commitment to good quality and value for money. On Friday and Saturday nights enjoy free live Scottish Folk music from some of the best bands in Scotland. Dine in the restaurant, then join the band in the Bothy Bar for a good old sing along from 8:30 to about midnight, the perfect end to a great night out.
